Machine and Fabrication Facilities

The Manufacturing and Fabrication Division, located at 101 North Johnstone Avenue in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, has more than 125,000 square feet of office, machine and weld fabrication space that is available to its customers. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  The machine shop contains:

  • 10 - CNC lathes
    (2-1/2" to 20" chucks)
  • 6 - Manual Lathes
    (17" to 21" chucks)
  • 11 - #1A to #7A Turret Lathes
  • 14 -  Manual Milling Machines
  • 4 - CNC Vertical Machining Centers
    (7.5hp to 30hp)
  • 2 - CNC Horizontal Machining Centers
    (10hp to 15hp)
  • 2 - Production and Centerless Grinders
  • Multiple Drill Presses and Vertical and Horizontal Saw









The Machine and Fabrication Facilities' inspection department has a complete gauge lab and co-ordinate measuring machine.  The welding and fabrication shop, handling TIG, MIG and stick welding, 10-ton to 350-ton press has capabilities to fabricate the smallest of stainless, aluminum and carbon steel products to weldments in excess of 15,000 pounds.
